Pedego Electric Bike Rentals Jasper

Found this place to be expensive and the service was lacking. We had to return twice to get a new bike (I tried 3 in total!) due to the seat not being secure. The people in the shop didn’t really have the knowledge or expertise to fix the bikes and we had to make do with a seat that moved around as you sat on it which didn’t feel very secure. When we returned the staff kindly offered to refund us some money as we had only used the bikes for 2 hours, however on checking now we are back in the UK the amount they said they’d refund has not been received. Look elsewhere as there is another shop that seems locally owned in Jasper that I wish we had visited.

Awesome experience renting e bikes! The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful!
