Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest fair shake. We purchased an LG Heat Pump last year, we love the cooling feature for the hot Summer days and of course the heat in the cold months. It cut our power bill significantly. We are saving to get another put in the basement.

Arived ahead of scheduled appointment time, very knowledgeable and job well done.

Josh initially was very good when we bought our unit. Since then he has been to our house several times on warranty which was great. The last 2 years he has been very rude and condescending. Spoke with him today and he told me I was a nuisance warranty caller" and that there was nothing wrong with my unit. He told me to find someone else to service my unit as he was not interested. Our heat pump is still under warranty. I would not recommend anyone to get a unit or service from this guy!In response to Certified heat pumps comments: They obviously do not take great pride in their ability to service the products they sell and do not take situations such as this very seriously otherwise I would not be looking for another company to service my LG heat pump. In my opinion they were good in the beginning only to sell their unit. This has been a frustrating experience dealing with condescending and ignorant comments from the technician."

Got Certified Heat Pump Solutions over after not being able to get the company who we originally purchased our mini split from to show up. On more than one occasion Certified serviced and also repaired our heat pump. Knowledgeable and professional. We will be putting a second heat pump in this Fall and will definitely be buying from this company. I highly recommend Certified.
