Customer service sorely lacking by the ladies in charge on 2 occasions then went to Milton thrift store 5 star service! So it can be done. I would be happy with 3 star service

I purchased plates from here to find out they charged $30 more than they should have as I could have purchased them brand new for $20 and I spent $53 on them. I called to see if I could bring them back UNUSED STICKERS STILL ON, and the person that answered was incredibly rude and said it was my fault I over paid because I didn’t check ahead of time if it was worth it.EDIT: Had the opportunity to speak with the store manger Gus regarding the situation. He was both kind, apathetic and understanding and dealt with the situation with a level of professionalism that isn't seen often anymore. Gus, thank you for taking the time to reach out and get everything cleared up - I will stick but my initial review in RECOMMENDING that people do a little research prior to making a purchase (just to make sure they're being charged/paying for something that is worth it.) However Gus changed my feelings towards the store, and I will return to give them another chance!

Always fun to see what they have available. They carry a variety of things but everything is donated

Most kind staff I’ve met! Great prices on clothes and books and home decor but the prices can be somewhat misleading as they have posters of promotions from a year ago still up. I thought they were having a great sale on books but turns out it wasn’t on sale. Be careful with price but other than that it was great!

I used to shop at this store on regular basis. But now I walk out of there feeling angry. Items are way overpriced and every time I visit I see used dollar store items priced either the same as the dollar store or more. I feel like people need help and affordable clothes and other items more now than ever and for some reason they are way overcharging. One time I brought an items up to the cash and was told she thinks it's priced to cheap and took it to the back added a few dollars on too it. When I got it home it wasn't even a complete kit. I never write reviews but I just feel like whoever is in charge there needs to take a look into this. It's not right whats happening there.

I don't think these charities realize that they're supposed to help the poor and the needy the prices are more expensive than at the dollar store or in some cases full retail stores come on guys wake up and smell the coffee your way overpriced for used

I really love coming here especially when looking for bow ties because they're not too shabby considering the price. I spoke to some really kind staff members down there and they informed me that you can receive discounts if you donate some items to the salvation army behind the store. this place is amazing for find great items for low price and actually making a difference.
