I had Citadel Tech inspect a 6 unit building's fire alarm system and I was very happy with the service! It is hard to find someone with knowledge of older alarm systems, but the technician had extensive knowledge of how everything worked. The inspection was much more comprehensive than other companies I've worked with in the past and done at a very competitive rate. I will defiantly work with Citadel in the future!

Unpresentable people. I called them because I needed a quote to fix an intercom. I waited for them to come. They didn't show up. After an hour trying to reach them at the phone, his answer was better call another company because I'm not capable to do intercoms
