Not really impressed with it. Asking to see the selection is like pulling teeth and workers are quite dismissive.Not very great selection (from what I could even see, which was brief) and more priority placed on lottery/scratch card sales.Sorry the cigars don't seem so important. There's definelty other places which will treat you better.

Great customer service, I forgot my pin and she rang it thru probably 4 times before it worked, didnt complain once. No questions about if my card was maxed, just a great lady :)

The store is fine. The parking has drug dealing, homeless, theft, robberies and so on.

The one lady that was working today was very unfriendly, argued with me about the sizes of pouches of tobacco, she said they all have the same amount based on weight, I countered they have some that are 50% more so it is a dryer product, she disagrees. So I asked her to compare to sizes of the different ones and she was very reluctant and with them side by side she still argued. I just left, you know better. Poor form.

Excellent selection/pricing of middle shelf cigars. Friendly and accommodating staff. Every time I drop by they refill my firebird lighter, which they replaced with no receipt, as the first one was defective, even though firebird has a warranty on it's lighters. Shame they are in such a sketchy area though.

Good place. They got some really nice Cuban cigars. Never thought I'd like cigars but I had this one Cuban and after I had smoked it people said I smelt like roasted peanuts. I'll be back soon to get another.

The owner loves to bring in rare and exotic things. Although the staff seem to turn over quickly I loved going through the displays and seeing the rarest cigars possible hidden in the back. They do know how to take care of their tobacco.
