i think it's missing a little bit of sauce. no but seriously what is this. it tasted like the employees forgot about the sauce and just emptied the whole batch into it. the fries were cold too. at least the cheese was good

Omg! Waiting for my food for 30 min and counting. Sure it’s busy but this is unacceptable! They need to inform their customers that their order will take this long. On top of this they take your name but you can’t hear your name because they are blasting their music super loud.

There were 4 employee's 2 girls on the cash both were rude and terrible at their jobs. We waited for over 20 minutes and the food was cold. The place was dirty and I'll never go back.

Food was a little pricey, but was tasty. Food quality seemed fresh and up to standard. They offered breakfast all day. They also have hot and cold coffee and espresso, as well as smoothies. They have hand wash stations next to the self-serve drink fountain, which was really nice. They use reusable glasses for drinks and metal trays, and paper straws.

Love this A&W. The servers are very kind and personable. One noticed my daughter was not feeling great and went out of his way to cheer her up.

I went here a few weeks ago but decided not to follow through on my order when it was costing $19 for one combo. With the power failure going on, I had no choices today, and when paying extra attention I realized that they are adding prices to the combo. What I ordered last time should have only cost $15. When I started asking what was going on the answer was a shrug of the shoulders. I decided I'd rather be hungry than their customer.

I love that i can eat fast food and still feel good about what I eat! I love their beyond meat burger and sweet potato fries!! The only down side to this restaurant is the cleanliness. The self serve area is often full of dishes, trays and trash.
