Gifford Carr Insurance Group

I switched to Gifford because they offered me a better premium than my previous provider. They increased my premium two years in a row at renewal despite no driving infractions, tickets, or accidents. I am now paying more than I paid with my previous provider. When I asked my rep for an explanation for the increase in premium, she ghosted me. Currently seeking other coverage

We were with the same insurance provider for many, many years. We decided it was time for a change as whenever we would call or email our previous insurance company, we would never receive a response back. Am I ever glad we made the switch to Gifford Carr! We deal with Steve Montcalm who is just awesome! He is very responsive and provided us with a very competitive insurance package. Most recently, we were out shopping for a new car for our son on a Saturday. We emailed Steve that day. He answered our questions and everything was arranged so quickly with insurance for the new car. The service is phenomenal!
