Service was not from this store but structube deleted my review off the website.Bought a sectional in 2021, Kinsey Blue L Sectional to be specific. One day I heard a pop after sitting. Called them, someone came and claimed he fixed it.There is currently a sink in my couch with the visible spring bursting out below. They are blaming on wear and tear. This happened 6 7 months after purchase. I am the only one that uses the couch and most times I'm at my desk or in my bed.They refuse to do anything to help. Very poor service. It didn't even reach the one year. I'm stuck with an couch I spent so much money on and it is of no use to me currently. To add to this a year later all the firmness seem to have evaporated from the couch. Instire quality feels great.I'm not sure how much damage I could have done to cause this. Poor quality. Very poor after service terrible.

We ordered the coastal bed frame online. Shipping time wasn't horrible , it took just over two weeks to arrive. As you would expect from a solid wood-frame it was very heavy, and my husband and I carried it up to our room. Unwrapped we noticed that the headboard had two rather large white scratches that went across the front of it. Also, and more importantly, one of the pieces of the frame had a broken weld, making the whole frame unusable. It took 40 minutes to get through to customer service. Once we finally got through the representative said that they could replace the broken piece but it would take over two months to receive it, and we would just have to make-do with the scratches in the headboard. The only way to address the issues with the headboard would be to exchange the whole product, which again, would take over two months. We the customer" would also "be responsible for repackaging all the parts

I was considering going to this store, but after reading all the one ⭐ comments I think I go elsewhere. All replies seem generic and that they are sorry and advance the complaint, but I have yet to see that they actually remedied the complaints or change their customer service for the better. When I buy furniture I do not need problems that drag on for months. Why is this store so unresponsive to customer complaints? Why does the staff seem so unfriendly? Don't they realize potential buyers read these????

Bought a couch, couch was “delivered” (tossed into the snow in front of the house, movers actually jogged back the truck and drove off), because of the inaccurate dimensions listed for the product, couch won’t fit into house. Poor sad couch now lives in the garage until we can buy bigger house to fit couch. No option for return. It was like trying to wrestle a five tonne brick with an attitude without any assistance from structube. Just go to ikea and call it a day.

When you visit this location ask for Barkley! He is so helpful and knowledgeable and will do everything he can to get you the right furniture!

My review of Structube is on the products for this funky outlet. The furniture is practical, good looking and reasonably priced. I liked the designs and could definitely see having some pieces in my place. They do offer free delivery and this will vary depending on your products and location. Street parking is best though underground is available behind the Devonish building below Urban Fare grocery store. (Due to customer privacy the photos are limited.) Why not give Structube a visit while in the area? You may be impressed too!

I quite like Structubes furnishings, the prices are indeed reasonable and nice designs.I purchased a mirror and the reason for the 4 of 5 star review is that it ended up taking about 3 weeks longer than initially told. We had a new sales gal who obviously didn't know everything yet. Long story short, she basically sold me the floor model rather than getting one transferred over from the warehouse. Accidents happen but it was frustrating, waiting for two weeks only to go in and find out it'll be another 2.5 weeks to bring in.I do plan on shopping here again and don't hold the gal responsible, but do suggest to management to review orders from new trainees.

General experience: I have ordered quite a few items from Structube (because of the price point and style) but the last few experiences have left me completely disappointed in business operations. Whenever there has been damage: (i) if I go to the store, they tell me that there's not much they can do and give me a rendition of their repair hacks"; or

I had an okay experience at the store, the lady took the time to help me pick out the couch I wanted for my condo. What bothered me the most was the information given in terms of when/how my furniture had to be delivered. I was not comfortable being told I may need to pay extra money if my items were left in a warehouse if I can't physically be in town to have my stuff delivered but in the end it worked out. I love your furniture but the delivery experience will make me think twice before buying again.

Every time I go to that store I have to think twice before buying anything impulsively. They have the best average price for the options presented and exclusive design if you want to take a chance.
