Went for my second piercing, the gun jammed 3 three times and the employee kept poking my ear lobe with it, causing it to bleed a little bit and develop swelling. Now two months after my piercing, I am constantly dealing with a swollen earlobe and pain. Would not recommend, especially for a second piercing.

First time in. Never again. It was 7:54 and the girls told me they were closed so I needed to get out. I asked them if they closed at 8. They said “we’re closing early” LOL by 6 minutes? My poor kid had to rush her bff bracelet decision. Girls, next time, make sure it’s 8pm. Never rush a 6 yr. Old to make a decision. Terrible customer service. Then want to act all nice? Asking for email? And to have a wonderful night? Lol you ruined it. Never again.

Got my ears pierced here. Got the diamond option and costed over $200 for my second lobes. AND GUESS WHAT? THEY TURNED OUT UNEVEN. ONE IS SO MUCH HIGHER THAN THE OTHER. I am literally so mad. Please don’t come here to get your ear pierced, go to an actual professional. The people are not helpful either and they didn’t try to help.

Girls love this store. A lot of beautiful jewelry, stationery, makeup, backpacks, toys, hair accessories, and whatever else girls love are found there, but honestly, it's an expensive store, and it's only worth buying when it goes on sale. Also, you'd better go with a friend, as most of the time the sale is buy three, get three free, so you can share it.

I bought a nose ring from Claires, fairview park. And after 2 days i went back and the manager self was there. I asked her that i gifted it to somebody and she doesn’t like it so pls make a return and she refused to take the item back and stated our policy doesn’t allow us. I showed her the Claires policy online where its clearly mentioned that they can take the items back. When I caught her lie, she offered me exchange of same amount and I agreed to that. But later on she opened my item and said i can not take it back. I mean WHY ?? The item is not even used. Even the blind person can see the item is as new as it was. Because it was bought 2 days back only and we didn’t like it. The Manager is too rude and arrogant as she just tried to justify her self. I have a original receipt and the product is in new but still no solution and i spent$28 on a small nose ring. I would say it is a Pathetic Customer Service.

Poor customer service, poor jewelry quality. Skin gets green after wearing the nose rings or earrings or regular rings, even if nickel free. Tarnishes quickly. Even gold plated is not actual gold you can smell the metal, and my ear gets infected. It was too expensive for the quality. Sorry, just being honest

They told me my second would be 57 for both ears and it ended up being 80 please don’t do this to other people ! ❤️
