Took a group of 5 girls for a bachelorette experience, we did Burlesque Chair dancing and it was quite a letdown. Very low-energy and serious instructor, straight to business exercising and learning difficult moves, music barely audible in the corner, felt like we signed up for a real dance class to learn a routine... but we came because we thought they offered something fun and funny for bachelorette groups. If you're looking to take a class seriously and learn a dance routine, then this place is for you. A funny bachelorette experience, however... not so.

Went for a bachelorette party and had so much fun. The pole dancing instructor was a complete sweetheart and she was a blast to have. We laughed learned some pretty amazing things and she showed us some crazy moves. I will be signing up soon for regular classes it was that good!

It was my first time trying pole dancing, Shanyn is a great instructior. I felt completely comfortable even though I look like an injured monkey attacking the pole. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful! I can't wait to continue learning pole!

My favorite place to be , and people to be around ! Also they are very welcoming alwaying hyping you up !I came in a newbie , I got obsessed super fast with aerial/pole it's so rewarding nvm challenging me in the best ways!

Had an amazing experience as the bride in a Bachelorette party! We laughed until we cried trying to complete the routines. Shout out to our attentive and patient instructor even though we were very inexperienced! When we had moves we couldn't complete, we skipped over them to the next move no problem. I had an absolute blast!

SASS is the best way of self-care for me. Love the instructors! I have taken multiple classes and loved them all. They are encouraging, passionate and fun. Always I get lots of good energy after their classes.

Had the BEST time during our pole fitness class with Shanyn! She was so accommodating with our bachelorette party. She was so amazing at teaching us newbies those sexy moves! We all had the best time and will definitely be taking her class next time we’re in town!

Had a fantastic time at SASS Fitness for a Bachelorette Party. We opted for the Aerial Yoga and Pole Dancing class and had such a fantastic time! There was a great atmosphere and we had such a fun time, got to learn a routine that we never thought we'd be able to do. Every single member in our group had an amazing time.

SASS is my second home! Not only is it an amazing workout, it’s a safe and inclusive place. You get an amazing workout, without feeling like you’re working out. You create friendships and bonds with the other students and instructors and you quickly go from being shy and thinking “I’m not fit enough to do this, I could never do that” to “I just nailed this trick, I can’t wait to try something else”Be careful, it will be an addiction and you’ll never want to work out any other way!

We went for a bachelorette yesterday! The instructor was awesome and fun and we had a fantastic time! This place is amazing and we are even going to sign up for a class!
