Staff was nice and hard working, but so behind. Didn't get in till 45 minutes after my appointment. The waiting room is small and very packed. Management needs to space appointments out more to give staff a more realistic work load.

It’s been very tiring, terrible experiences In this location no respect to people times always late more than 45 minutes up an hour wait & when you ask about it they say everyone is waiting too, and their excuse always that “we have shortage on staff “But what about me I took off from my work to come to my scheduled appointment no respect for my timeIf there is a zero option I will do zeroNot recommend they have to get better training and customer servicesThey also have to know how to respect people time you ask us to book appointment so we have to enter on our appointment time or don’t say we only accept appointments because your appointment system is not followed by you first

The Life Labs on Landsdowne Drive is an appointment only location. I had to wait ONE HOUR to have my tests done.The procedure makes absolutely no sense. You stand in line to “register” yourself. Then you have to sit and wait until you’re called for your information to be input into the computers. Then you are asked to sit AGAIN until they call you for your test.What is the point in making an appointment and then waiting while people who have appointments long after me are being registered.Why can’t all my information be entered as soon as it’s my turn and then be sent to the cubicle for tests.I feel bad for people who take time off work to have tests done and then have to wait an hour EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE APPOINTMENTS.What a ridiculous system and an utter waste of time.

Appointment required: come at least 20 minutes EARLY because line ups. You can't be late, even if it's due to slow line up. Rigid, impersonal. Small waiting area, confusing signage and processing.

Poorly organized , always busy and never on time not to mention not a big enough wait room for the increased amount of patients. Blood takers are always great, receptionist are very short tempered. Come back here every time to give them another chance and they always prove me right that I should book somewhere else. This is the last time I’ll now try another location in Coquitlam but really are any of them good? :p

Don't go to this location, they don't respect their appointments, give your self another hour to be able to wait or like in my case, walk away.They need to understand that we have jobs and we don't have all day to wait to get in . Very unprofessional location.

Poorly organized lab, way overbook appointments…show up at 3:30 maybe get seen by 430, show up at 730 maybe get seen at 9…let people skip ahead even though your appointment was beforeI get they have challenging jobs, but this place is embarassingly disorganized

Ive had great experiences here before but today was a very uncomfortable one. The long wait is expected but by the time i was about to get my blood work done, the station i was at had a used cotton pad with blood on it sitting out, when I got my ECG done another nurse walked in while i was exposed on the table and then left the door open where anyone walking by could see. Overall very uncomfortable experience

I had to take my very spirited 4 year old in for blood work and the staff was really incredible with her. All 3 worked so hard to keep her comfortable and were very reassuring with her. Thank you all so much for making it less scary for her!

Management at location needs to be reevaluated. This is appointment only and every time without fail you wait 30+ minutes. Today it was 45 minute wait when everyone here has an appointment.Either your staff need to be retrained and learn to be more efficient or you need to change the booking system if you can’t keep up with appointments. No excuses accepted about being short staffed. This happens everytime I’ve been here and if your short staffed hire more people or stop booking so many patients if you can’t handle it.
