Expensive for nothing, they say they are better than the competition but that's a lie they tell new customers to sell them overpriced services.If you're an existing customer you'd be better off hiring a local service, instead of giving your money to this disgusting global beast of a company.

The customer service provided over the phone is excellent. I have had serveral positive experiences with Randy L. who is able to respond to my needs and requests quickly. Always happy to be connected to him when I call in for assistance.

Worst Credit Department ever.They keep sending you Past due reminders on paper but they never receive your call to process Credit Card payment.They have all the time on earth to send you paper reminders but no time to receive call to facilitate Credit Card payments.Called 5 times in a month and stayed on hold for more than 20 minutes each time.

Have their washing machine. When it is broken, we set up an appointment with the agent, but we didn't get reply after a week. Our hotel business cannot run because of this. Avoid this company.
