We’ve been working with Callture for several years now and they’ve been attentive and a reliable partner and has really help us through the pandemic period, particularly this year. My account manager Salie has be awesome. If I ever have an issue I can call or email her anytime and within minutes she’s on top of it.The service has also been consistent with very little issues this year. I was on RingCentral for a few years but since I was a small one-man company, I had to pay for service for 2 lines. So, I went on a search to find a better solution. I look at many different companies and researched them to see who was better. I found Callture Inc. and I signed up and have not looked back. Setup was easy and hassle free. Support was great.I have recommended it my clients who were looking for a better option.

I use the bare-bones Callture voicemail service and it works well for the low low price of $5/month. Their online customer service is prompt and thorough. Their interface is suuuuuper low-fi (imagine a 2005 user interface) but it's kind of charming. And if you can't figure out how to do something, you just message their staff, and they'll sort it out for you. Cheap and cheerful.
