Honestly grt is absolutely not about customer service, if excuses is there line of work.... They do an amazing job of it

It's now on day number 4 of the strike by the bus drivers and it's now time to make the mayor of this city to contact the government and make grt an essential service so that this strike will never happen again because all this is doing is screwing the public and bus drivers should be grateful for the job that they have and the amazing money they make but no it's the super greedy union that's never satisfied and just don't care about the publicthat has to use transit to get around the city I'm really beyond disgusted

Went to get a new card as I lost my old one. Got it in 15 minutes including wait time! It was Saturday afternoon.

I went there first time. I asked couple of questions and it was nice experience no complaints. They told me that to find school disconnected pass will be included in Conestoga one card and can be loaded online. Also gave information on how to register my easy go card. Thank you

Great staff. But only one employee was there so it takes time. I think there should be separate line for people who just want to add money to their GRT card.Also other services are available. Free map of every bus route is available for free. Great for new people in city.

My family and I recently relocated from Toronto to Kitchener, and as non-drivers, we rely heavily on public transportation to get around. Upon using Grand River Transit Transport company, we were surprised and disappointed to find out that buses and trains are not free for children, unlike the service we were accustomed to in Toronto.We have also come to know that several other cities around the world have adopted free public transit for children, such as London and Stockholm. These cities have recognized the importance of making public transportation more accessible and affordable for families, which encourages eco-friendly habits and contributes to a more sustainable urban environment.As a family, the lack of free or discounted transportation for children in Kitchener makes traveling significantly more expensive, especially since we have 2 children. The high transportation cost is now forcing us to reconsider our decision not to own a car, which goes against our values of environmental sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.I understand that public transportation needs funding, but it is important for companies like Grand River Transit to consider offering more affordable options for families, particularly those with young children. This could be achieved through discounted rates, family passes, or even maintaining free travel for children under a certain age.By making public transportation more accessible and affordable for families, not only would it encourage more people to use these services, but it would also promote a greener and more sustainable community. I hope that Grand River Transit Transport company will take these concerns into account and work on creating a more inclusive and eco-friendly service for everyone, following the example set by other progressive cities around the world.
