I have been using DXRacer chairs for the past six years and not until two months ago did I start having issues with one of my three chairs.The main DXRacer global email contact took a very long time to help me until one day I got redirected to the Canadian office. I was not aware there was someone in province to help me at the time.Jeremy has been an absolute amazing person to deal with and went the extra mile to ensure I was not down for long. The two showings of customer service from him were one of the best experiences I have had buying hobbyist products in close to twenty years. DXRacer has won me as a customer. If you are a customer in distress I would recommend contacting them until you receive an answer (global warranty email). At the very least email and ask if your country/area has representation for better support. Once you locate it I cannot see it being anything short of amazing.Good work Canadian office! You guys rock!Keep up the good work and thank you for taking the time to help me. I will be back for more!

Great place!! It's a room... You try out there chairs and decide what one you like before you buy!They have washrooms.The road getting there is terribly bumpy...You get a discount if you buy in person aswell!

I've had a dxracer chair for a few years, and a couple of years ago the tilt/gas mechanism started giving me issues. I didn't think to reach out to customer support until a friend suggested to me, and as a complete shot in the dark I did.I was told that I was no longer covered under warranty (chair only has a 2 year warranty and it has been literally 5 years). They explained this to me but still sent me the replacement piece and a little goody bag with some merch. Outstanding customer service and you have a customer for life in me. Thank you Jeremy!
