Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cars are in bad condition and dirty. Service is slow (1h) (even though I called before to make sure it’s ready).I would never return.

Avoid this location if you want a clean vehicle. Look at the photos !! Totally unacceptable. They don't have a wash bay and give you dirty vehicles. I had to go get it washed myself and pay for it. Had worst experience with Enterprise at this location.

Great customer experience! I had a few worries while reading the other reviews. However Rashad squashed then quickly and was able to address all my concerns in a timely manner. Recommend 100% I plan to do business with them in a near future

It was our first time renting from this location. Anthony was very helpful in ensuring our car was booked, went over the contract and checked over the car at pick up and drop off. We had no issues and we will return to this location next time. Thank you for the great service.

4 fevrier, j'appel pour reserver le 3, en joke je leur dit vous avez pas de bonne recommendation sur Google 2.7 supposement on arrive et il y a plus de voiture monsieur. Mais non inquietez vous pas. Bien je fais partie des statistiques. Aucun bon sens Aucun Enterprise ne veux me louer il fait -23degres celsius, Vos reservations ne valent rien. Et vous etes pris sans voiture, TRES TRES decevent/ Essayer vous aussi , Enterprise a besoin de gens frustrer comme nous pour descendre a 0

Dirty, poorly maintained cars. There were rental contracts in the car that were 3 months old. The seat was soaking wet and the outside was covered in mud. There were engine problems and the car was 2000 km behind in maintenance. The tyre went flat after parking. The 1800 sent a replacement and told me it would be called wear and tear. When I returned it, I was told they would charge me for it. A few days later, the manager, who was very polite, told me he was just going to waive things (even before the mechanic provided proof the flat was a wear and tear issue). I'm impressed the manager went the extra mile, but the branch needs a lot of work.

Nous partons de la maison en taxi , arriver sur place aucune véhicule pour nous! L’agent nous offre aucune autre solution et prend les appels avant de régler notre situation. J’appel au numéro du quel j’ai fait la réservation, c’est l’agent devant moi qui répond a son 3iem appel.. qui est moi & me dit encore qu’il comprend pas pourquoi nous avons reçus la réservation que nous avons qu’a appeler (ce que je viens de faire). Il a plusieurs véhicules dehors avec les volant barrer….Nous devons retourner a la maison en taxi sans voiture..!!!!!

Avoid this one !! They don’t have cars There are other 2 enterprise agencies near that are way better. I confirmed my rent 1 hr before arrive and they make me wait more than 1 hr after arrive to pick up the vehicle (but they put the contract as if they did it on time)

We reserved a few day ago and even did the check in. But no cars available. I think they can take the reservation fine, but they dont know how to keep the reservation. In the whole process keeping the reservation and providing the reserved car is the most important step. This is the third time and honestly myself and my company will not be doing business with enterprise again.
