10 years post install and most windows have the seal between the glass leaking. I had a few windows replaced under warrantee and the new ones were not installed correct and had water coming into the house. Not happy about the windows.

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Even without buying anything Jamie helped me solve a problem that I was having, and even recommended some alternative options. My parents were promised 4 to 6 weeks for window delivery. It is almost 10 weeks and they have been ignored and given the run around for several weeks. They have had to reschedule the siding contractors several times. The worst is they can’t get an honest answer and they are the ones that have to keep phoning, Supreme’s customer service is completely absent.Update: The windows have been installed, they are exactly what they ordered and they love them. Installation team was very professional, cleaned up their mess, hauled the old windows away and answered all their questions. It was a long process but in the end they are very happy!!

I recently had two windows replaced in my house by Supreme. I have previously purchased windows here and installed them myself. Because of the difficulty of installation of these two windows (second floor), I had Supreme do the installation. Reasonable pricing has been my decision to use Supreme. I was very impressed with how smooth the installation went. Not only was the job done sooner than expected, but the installers were skilled, clean and courteous. Thanks Supreme for a quality job!

We have dealt with Jamie at Supreme windows a number of times over the years with different window projects we needed to do, and he has always been super helpful at getting us the product we needed. When we had a slight problem with one glass piece he immediately had another one ordered and made sure it was replaced and fixed. We are very happy with the service and the windows, and can recommend this company completely.

Our new front door is absolutely perfect - everything we had hoped for while we endured the “covid” wait! A big round of applause to Supreme Windows for their perseverance on our “little” order . . . It was a big deal to us and they treated us just that way. The door quality is top notch. The installer was awesome - the fit in our door frame is perfect. It’s been such a pleasure working with Supreme, we’re going to miss them!
