Awesome pricing. Pleasant service. I came here for lunch with my staff and the cooks were extremely friendly and had the patience to deal with our indecisiveness, plus we were in and out of there in no time. Would definitely recommend anyone in the downtown Ottawa area to go here. Made the snowy day more pleasant!! Thank You

I enjoy coming to this Pizza Pizza franchise. For less than $10, I was able to get two cheese slices, a diet coke, and garlic dipping sauce. If you want a fast bite, this is a great option.

I asked for a well done thin crust pizza and got a barely cooked pizza. The crust was fully white. I had to put in in my oven at home to finish cooking it. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The delivery driver was nice though.

Very bad service. I asked for soap to wash hands and the guy working said we don’t have soap and told us to get out my kids stared crying and pizza pizza guy was extremely rude to me and my kids. Please do not give your money to this pizza pizza store.Thanks

Where to even begin!Pizza arrives cold and the garlic dip was opened and just squirted all over the entire pizza (an obnoxious amount)Why?.. it’s meant to be dippedYou guys drowned the whole thing in garlic sauce, gross dudeOkay so pizza is ruined but thank god I bought wings… oh wait you guys forgot to include them In the bag.Why would you give me the sauces for the wings but no wings….?Look, I know it’s busy… I sympathize but take a second and just make sure the order is complete before it goes out the door.Good lord man, it’s a pizza place not investment bankingBe better!

Ordered the Buffalo chicken Sandwich, did not receive all the ingredients (ie where is the harvati cheese?). Furthermore they were too generous on the sauce and the chicken didn’t stay between the buns very well. Staff was polite, but I live too far to go in person to correct their mistake..

The gentlemen who took and prepared our order were exceptionally friendly! They greeted us when we came in, communicated how long our order would take (we pre ordered online) and were super friendly at the cash. Honestly it was a breath of fresh air compared to most fast food. 10/10 would order from this location again.Only comment was that the restaurant was quite hot due to Ottawas random 30 degree day in the middle of April.

We had a quick lunch break from a conference and popped over as this was a good option in the area. Crunchy crust and tasty choice of toppings. Not a big wing eater but glad I tried theirs. Kind, hardworking owner.

I came to this location with my family and friends on a Friday night, staff were very friendly and helpful to accommodate 10 of us. The service was very pleasant, we ordered BBQ chicken pizza, wings , the wedges are great, got the kids popcorn chicken which they love. Overall it was a great experience for my self and my family.Thank you pizza pizza at Elgin we’ll be back for more :)

This location has changed owner past year, you can tell by the staff and also the quality of the pizza. I’m regular at this location, they also offer Halal beef or chicken if asked in the front cash. I suggest everyone to go there. The staff are very friendly and they always have fresh slices to serve.
