I have some returned cheques that were not approved by them, they said they are stale dated and to contact a nearby branch.They have no branches in Ottawa. After several phone calls no one can seem to help me.What's frustrating is that the funds were released to them and they refuse to honor these cheques. These are cheques for my mom's pension in Portugal.Do not do business with this bank if you can avoid it.

Great staff big building with a big logo on it. you would think it's a bank, but in reality it's a tiny office 6 by 6 feet. You can't bank in there or do anything bank related really. They told me it is a corporate office and that citibank doesn't operate in Canada anymore. Nonetheless great staff and friendly.
