We’ve moved twice in the last few years, and have Twin Cities Finest for duct and carpet cleaning both times. They did a great job each time! Most recently we worked with James, who was excellent, punctual, and professional. He explained our itemized bill in a very respectful way, and I didn’t feel nickel-and-dimed. Our carpet looks great, and I’m excited to move into our new, clean house!

We had severe water damage between the upper and lower levels of our home with mold between the walls. Both bathrooms, the main wall going upstairs and our laundry room were affected. Dan and Ryan worked to remove the damaged materials and sprayed to prevent mold regrowing. Dan was able to explain the mitigation process to us and even helped us find a service to clean the coats and other items that were exposed to the mold. He offered an understanding manner and support while we went through the process of having our home gutted and it was very much appreciated.

Adam was great- he was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the process and the plan for cleaning in a very detailed manner but simple to understand. He also gave great recommendations for future cleaning options. Appreciated the work he did for us and he was very efficient with the time and all that it entailed (first time duct and vent cleaning)! Will definitely continue services with TCF in the future.

They clearly had a coupon for Whole House Cleaning" for $349 in Big Letters. Of course they got here and gave me a quote for $891 because my house needed more access lines and deep cleaning

Dawson was the total professional package! On time, pleasant, quick and discussed all my options. He completed my stairway and 5 rooms and followed up w pictures showing results and also gave us information about what to expect during the drying process. This was a great experience from setting up the appointment to getting it done. Matt was on time, friendly, personable, professional and efficient. What else can you ask for? well he was also patient with the zillion questions I had for him. He suggested services and options that made sense and not like pushing sales of unnecessary services. I will be using them again on any of the many services they offer and as a Realtor will pass the experience to my clients so they can too enjoy working with excellent professionals.

Just had the carpet (3 rooms) and vents cleaned. Dawson and Devin were great! Walked through, asked questions, advised other promotions, listened to me, and were not pushy. Brought up itemized list for me to review, adjust, and approve before they did the work. Heck, Dawson even shoveled off my steps. Before leaving, asked if everything was good and if there was anything else they could help with.
