ordered drywall , insulation and vapor barrier from PBS.....Sabrina was very professional , friendly and was extremely pleasant to deal with!!!! the guys that delivered the supplies were equally great to deal with....called in advance definite assets to your company!!!!! and there prices were the cheapest out of 5 companies i called.

Front reception is great but had to chase workers in the back to load me up....no other trucks to load but made me wait 25 min for no reason.

Awful customer service. Called in to try to figure out what products they would have on hand (because it's not like their website says what they exactly carry) and the guy on the other end was no help. Very short with his snarky answers, while I tried to remain polite, and you could tell he just didn't care to help (which was simply telling me what they have in stock...) Never giving these clowns my business

I can’t believe this place doesn’t do returns. I have 800$ in product left over and they won’t take it back, there is nothing wrong with any of the products I am trying to return. I would never use this company again. I have 7 other distributors like FBM, Bernardi and Patene and they always take back their products. Avoid them if you are a big builder.

Not professional at all All they care is about money no customer service no whatsoever no valuable customer know whatsoeverThey delivered my materials and they put it outside off my property they put the materials on the street anyone has a little bit of thinking and Brain they will not do whatever these guys did

If I could give negative five stars I would. I called the owner because of an issue with our delivery (wrong part of the house) He was argumentative, defensive and dismissive. I wouldn’t use this company to buy a box of drywall screws. So many better suppliers.
