I had him for my pregnancy, he’s a very nice guy, but didn’t take my concerns serious and kept putting off my bleeding (when it was in fact a serious issue that resulted in me being induced). It was also not exactly a ideal building, having to walk up a bunch of stairs while heavily pregnant.Receptionist was very nice though when I was going!

Very kind doctor. I didn't wait more than a few minutes upon arrival. Receptionist was very polite. Office was very hot as there was no air-conditioning. Office location is not the best with 2 flights of stairs. There is a chair lift but it wasn't working. You must have your own mask! They won't provide one. This is rare in medical clinics today. But overall experience was good. The doctor is an awesome man.

Not a great experience.First negative experience I had was my very first appointment. My husband came and picked me up from work and we drove across the city for our first appointment. When we got there, they told us the doctor wasn’t there and they had tried to call me but my number was wrong. I asked what number they had on file and they repeated my correct number. When informed it was correct, they argued with me that it wasn’t. I still don’t know why their call didn’t go through. They probably dialed wrong and hit re-dial without checking…My second visit, when I was brought into the exam room, the computer was open and another woman’s pap-smear results were open and on full display. She was probably the last patient because there was a small wet spot on the white paper they pull over the exam bed that looked like a spot from some sort of exam jelly.I only saw the doctor twice. My second visit with him was a Thursday. He told me my blood pressure was good. Luckily I had a doctors appointment the next day with my family doctor. She took my blood pressure and I was about to have a stroke. I rested the weekend and went back to my doctor Monday. She sent me to the hospital and I had my son by emergency c-section that night. I had HELLP syndrome which he didn’t catch. I almost died.I got a call from their office two weeks after my c-section. They were trying to book me in for another appointment. I told them I had the baby and no longer required their services. A week later they called again to schedule me for c-section. I repeated I had had the baby. The receptionist’s exact works were “So…. You don’t need the c-section then?” I replied “for what? The other baby???”I wouldn’t go back to this office even if it was the last OBGYN on earth.Oh and despite repeatedly telling them how to spell my last name, it was always wrong. So all my bloodwork paperwork was wrong…Incompetent to a high degree

Aside from wait times at the clinic which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Dr. Akinbiyi is a very pleasant man and I know he is very busy. He did a great job delivering my baby and I felt safe knowing she was in good hands. He is thorough, takes his time and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. Thank you Dr. Akinbiyi!

Be prepared to wait! I book my appointments for the first of the day and am still waiting an hour if not more to be seen. Dr will finally come in and have to wait another 20 minutes for his computer to turn on.Receptionist not the most friendly, but seems extremely over worked. They only have one receptionist for the whole office so she is checking everyone in, booking app, directing office traffic as well as dealing with phones. Try phoning the office for any reason and be prepared to wait on hold for 30 minutes. Will not be seeing this dr again for my next pregnancy as I don’t have time to wait all morning for every appointment just to have the dr not remember me and do a quick 4 minute exam.

Alerted his staff I was working out of town and will still maintain my general health for 2 years. He's been my family gyno for 3 generations and his staff refused me an appointment when I actually need him due to a abnormal pap test result so now wait on a waiting list for another with the silent killer in my body. Hopefully it doesn't spread too much as the pap test results from a clinic took 3 months to inform me already.

Dr Akinbiyi has been my gynecologist for more than 5 years and I have been under his care throughout this period from HND to hysteroscopy procedures just to mention a few. He has been gracious in the way he talked and in the way he handles his affair and my health. I am not expecting perfection from him but just knowing that he cares about me and delivers all his care under God grace is the most important thing I need.I have always come out from his procedures healthier than before. Moreover, no mistake or error has never occurred in the process. I appreciate his work and the reception of his assistants. I will continue with him whatsoever is with regards to gynecology and I pray that more grace should be upon him and his staff.

The doc was competent but as a 1st time mother I felt unprepared, uninformed and ignored during my pregnancy. My first visit was good but afterward the wait times were ridiculous and the bathroom was not working on multiple occasions. Imagine a room full of VERY pregnant ladies with only one staff bathroom available. Anyway, I tolerated it until my last visit at about 8 months when I waited an hour to see him, and I had questions about my delivery. I don't know if it was the fact that he had a room full of patients and he was the only doctor, but he wasclearly very annoyed with my questions. He was downright rude and brushed off my questions. I think even he realized that he went too far on this day. In my pregnant, hormone filled state I could hardly stop the tears - I was so scared about what to expect in the delivery with him or whether I would have a c section vs a regular birth. Unfortunately, when I decided to change doctors I was already close to my delivery date so I was advised by my family practitioner that there would be no point in switching because I would give birth soon. I think my family doc got me through the pregnancy more than my OB. Overall, I know he is considered a skilled and competent doctor but I would never go through such an experience again. I wanted to have the best OB for my pregnancy, but this experience had me very upset. So to summarize - if your pregnancy is high risk and you need his expertise, then go for it. If you have a normal pregnancy and seeking support to get you through, find someone else.

Dr Akinbiyi and his Wife are amazing! So nice and polite and gentle! The staff however are another story. The OLD staff were great super friendly and nice to deal with. The new receptionist though is extremely rude on any given day. She's rude to talk to, deal with and is vindictive if she doesn't like you for whatever given reason. She will place you on hold for long periods of time without even answering back. She is very short to talk to if there is a reschedule needed or if you are unable to make your appointment for reasons that is unknown to her.I will be finding a new gyno.

Very disappointed in this clinic. Drove my 89 year old mother to an appointment. We live over an hour away. No one told us we had to have a mask and they are not provided by the clinic. I have a disability and we had to walk up a number of steps before we got to the office which was extremely difficult. We were then told they don’t provide masks. Even though they are sitting there with masks. I walked back down the stairs to see if I had a mask in my car or could purchase one. After walking back up the stairs with no mask. We were told they would not provide a mask and suggested buying one at a drug store but weren’t sure where a drug store was located. We were told we could not see the doctor without a mask. We never did see the doctor. Even my GP and dentist provide their patients with a mask if they don’t have one and a specialist can’t? We would have even paid for a mask. Very disappointed to be treated this poorly and extremely hard access to his office for anyone older or with a disability. Will not be seeing him
