Booking was a breeze, the van was a dream (just needed bigger pillows), and Jennifer could not have been more helpful! Despite some unexpected vehicle damage Jenn took extra time to shop for repairs and reimbursed us for the difference in our security deposit. Could not recommend North Campervans highly enough.

I recently bought an IKamper mini at this location and I was so impressed! Don’t let the location interfere with your choice, they’re located outside of the city but the customer service is worth it. I was so satisfied and impressed with Jen and Isaiah. So polite and so helpful. They also installed it on my jeep for me which was incredible.Very thankful to have come across their website! Jenn deserves your business you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience with the kids. The Camper Van is spacious, with great fuel economy. Everything we needed was included in the van and was easy to find. Didn't need to purchase any camping gear. The van bed and Roof top mattress is very comfortable. Didn't even need to use a pillow. The mini refrigerator was such a luxury keeping the drinks cool during the heat wave. Woke up to family of Elk surrounding the van. Felt surreal, but safe from on top of the roof. Excellent service, would rent again.

Dealing with the small team at North Campervans was incredibly easy and informative. The ease at which they assist you and set you up is second to none! While the use of the tent is very basic, they made sure you were fully comfortable to manage this on your own. I would have given them 5 stars but ran into some difficulty installing causing me a delay of a day and some miscommunications on booking a second camper...no real fault at all - would I recommend North Campervans to anyone? YES! Without question!

We were really impressed with our van. You could tell North Campervans knew what they were doing and used the van themselves as they had thought of everything. We couldn't think of any way to improve what they had done. This is a quality van customization that made our camping vacation really enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic van and excellent customer service. The van had everything we could need, a great little kitchen area, camping chairs, a very comfortable bed. We couldn't have asked for more. It looked after us well for three amazing weeks of honeymoon travelling from Vancouver to Calgary. Great size as it fits in tent and RV campsite spots so gives a lot more choice and flexibility. Really reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive. Jenn and Kris were extremely friendly, always available to help and answered our queries incredibly quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone. We had a fantastic holiday in our rented Campervan! In particular, the fridge was great and kept our food cool even when we had days without driving. The cooking set up was also very practical. The fuel economy of the van was great too as its essentially just a large car. Everything we needed was in the van and the design was very well thought out. Don’t go expecting a huge RV - but if youre happy being a bit cosy it will be perfect for you. Jenn was super friendly and professional and it was clear she was very passionate about the business - we didn’t have any issues on our trip but I felt certain that any problems would have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.Can’t wait to come back some time. Our family loved North Camper Vans! We are a family of four with two kids and added a roof tent for another bed.The van had everything required, including bear spray, dishes, water, cooking fuel, chairs, you get the point. All we brought was a tarp and line to use while at the campsite.The van was perfect for us, easy to drive, easy to park - which is an issue in many places in the Rockies. We drove from Calgary to Vancouver island and back. We all felt like the van was a key part of what we loved about our trip!Food: We were able to carry plenty of food for four and the refrigerator had enough space for anything fresh.Storage: Four medium size bags, plus four day packs, groceries and still lots of room. Sleeping required some organizing of the bags but we were pretty efficient after a couple of days…Jen was excellent. She patiently answered all our questions prior and on van pick up day. Northcampervans is an easy 25 min cab ride from the Calgary Airport.The van was clean, organized and ready when we arrived for pick up.They put a lot of thought into these custom caravans and it shows. There’s even a place in the ‘kitchen’ to charge all your devices.Great company, we would recommend them to anyone. It’s a perfect way to explore the Rockies. The cost is very reasonable when compared to renting a car or larger camper.
