1 star, only because 0 stars is not an option. I live in High Park and was recovering from major surgery and needed someone to walk my mature dog. I left 2 messages over 2 weeks and never received a response.

Excellent dog walking service, sadly we moved to the east side ofToronto. On my days off I sometimes take her back to high park on the off chance she might run into some old friends.

Our dog Corby is so happy every time he sees Shaun! He was boarded by Shaun 3 weeks while we went out of the country, and we received daily reports and pictures of him having a blast the whole time. We are extremely grateful with Shaun for all of the love and professionalism that he demonstrates towards our pooch and the other ones he cares for. Highly recommended!

Trustworthy, kind, reliable, professional, and affectionate are the words that come to mind as I think of Noodle & Friends. Shaun and Grace are wonderful with my dog, Nanou. Shaun and Grace are THE MOST dedicated, caring and reliable dog walkers I've come across to-date in Toronto. My rescue dog Lucy loves them both dearly and was always exhausted after her walks with Shaun and visits to various off leash parks. Shaun is incredibly responsive and was incredibly patient with Lucy from puppy-stage and played a huge role in her development. Noodle and Friend's App-based booking system was super easy to use, and Shaun always provides photos, updates and a GPS tracker map of their adventures. Highly recommend!

I'm only leaving this so it may not happen to others. I spoke to Shawn about a month ago regarding watching my senior cat this upcoming week when I go away. My cat has specific issues that I wanted a professional to deal with and I told Shawn I thought he sounded so nice so felt I could trust him. He explained the issues were things he'd dealt with before and that betty would be ok. 3 weeks went by and I didn't hear from him but didn't think much of it. I called and left a message last week and havnt heard back. I did fill out the contact sheet on the website when I originally called. I was left to scramble and find someone at the last minute I could trust. It's very odd considering all the reviews are good. Maybe just a one off, I dont know, but it could've ended up bad for me and my cat if I didn't find someone and I was pretty annoyed.

Shaun and Grace are splendid. Professional, friendly. I see Shaun nearly every day in the park and my dogs really love him. It’s clear he loves what he does.
