Be very careful if you decide to get a phone from this location. First phone A53, had to return it 2 weeks later., nothing worked. Even the gentleman who was looking into it said, all he got were errors!2nd phone S22, 5 weeks later has sooo many issue's. Since the 30 day satisfaction period had just passed, to bad for me!!! I had been out of town during the last week, obviously I couldn't go back then.Thanks to a gentleman at Roger's who at least gave me a few tips of what I could try.

My experience here was one of the best I ever had!Nour was so helpful and patient with me. She answered every question I had in great detail and was very honest and transparent.Go see her if you're considering switching providers or phones!

Sharmin was recommended to me by a close friend who had gotten an amazing deal from her and so did I. She makes sure you’re in the loop and she is warm and friendly. I hope she there in the future as I will be recommending all my friends to her.

Went for an express pickup and the worker pretended my ID would not read. They also wanted a credit check, pretending my credit card wouldn’t read even though it was already completed online, all putting it under the illusion that they were having technical difficulties. They suggested changing my plan to one without data, yet charging the same price, which I would have had with the plan I originally ordered. Again, it only “started to work” after I asked to see the screen after an hour and told her that I was going to complain to the company. This is ridiculous. The service is completely unacceptable. Never seen this type of bad service.

The sales rep at Fido Crossiron, Anosha Riaz, was very warm, friendly and accommodating in answering all our questions. No hard-selling on her part — she even suggested that we compare Fido with another competitor based on features. She was very helpful, providing all the details we needed to make a decision. She showed excellent customer service from start to finish, including the installation of the SIM, explaining our plan’s features and making sure that the service was immediately activated and working. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with her! Excellent! :)

Nour was very helpful in switching my daughter's phone from the previous provider to FIDO. Nour gave a sweet deal that's affordable & more GB data than we know what to do with! Thanks Nour!!

The customer service representative, her name is Nour she help me throughout the whole process of switching my service, she is very knowledgeable and answers all questions regarding Fido service. I would recommend all my friends to go look for her if they are interested in switching to Fido.

Be careful in dealing at this location. Went there to get 2 iPhone Pro max. The lady Nour asked me if I wanted to get the device protection which I answered I don’t need it but she told me she’s going to give it to me for free. The bill came and got charged for the device protection so I came back there but Nour wasn’t there so they asked me to come back another day so I did. Nour was telling me that she gave me a $50 credit for the DP but the thing is she already gave me that credit before she even asked me about the DP. And the other lady kept on insisting that I didn’t pay anything because I have a bill credit of $50, I know I didn’t pay anything but I’m expecting that bill credit will go to pay my monthly plan not to the device protection. I’m so frustrated so I just left. I got my 4 family members plan and phones at this location, planning to get another one for my youngest but no I’m just going to do business elsewhere. Been in fido since 2012 never had bad experienced like this.
