This was my first time going to this salon. I was not impressed at all. The interior was so filthy. It was dusty and you could notice they do not sanitize properly. You could see spilled dried up coffee on many surfaces. Basically, this place needs a face-lift and staff needs to be a bit more friendly. I'll be driving out of town to get my nails done from now on. Also, as u can see in the pic my nails were poorly done.

Got my nails done a few days ago. Couldn't be happier! This is a family owned business and I am very happy to support them and local business.

First time for a Pedi per wife recommandation and it will be my last. My wife never been there but unfortunately it was the only place available to me in Shelburne. I had some good pedi before out of brampton and I wish I had gone there instead of this place. I spent 45 bucks including tips and now I have to make a new appointment in brampton for a proper pedi. Also, as a business if you have 100% english speaking customers onsite, please speak english when your staff are interacting with each other. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that your staff are talking about their customers. I will not be coming again nor will i refer anyone to your establishment.Thanks,RP

Danny is the best. I’ve never been able to grow out my natural nails so I was hesitant to come in to get shellac done on my thin and weak nails.. after coming several times now for my two week refill my nails have looked better than ever ! This is a photo from the first time I went, vs my most recent set with Danny.

Response: First I had to tell you 3 times bio not solar, then after you told me the price you mumbled 2 incoherent sentences as you walked away to the back room while I was asking a question leaving me standing there with your one pallet of about 30 colors and two girls who either didn't speak English or didn't know what to say. THIS is rude and I didn't feel like spending my time in that atmosphere.Owner is rude and fully knows he's the only nail salon in Shelburne. Colour choices are minimal. Wanted a nail fixed & shellac change, 3 techs sitting doing nothing...wanted to charge $8 for nail & $25 for polish chg...went to Pedi n Nails in OV & got it all for $25 and they are very professional and have LOTS of colours to choose from.

Very disappointed. The cleanliness was very poor. I wonder who it is that has the credentials to run this place. I seen one certificate of completion but I couldn't see what it was for. Plus a business license. Didn't see their health and safety certificate.1. My foot bath had no bag.2. The jets in the foot bath are banned. Everywhere. Jets suck in water to push out water. They suck in everyone's dead foot skin and push it back out into your foot bath. The pics I have show the build up of dead skin.3. Cuticle work on the feet was.... worse than what I would have done at home but I appreciate not hacking me down instead cuz you don't know what you're doing.4. I seen an autoclave but no scrub station. Nothing was disposable.5. Quickest Pedicure I ever had in my life. Not sure if I'm upset or happy. Drying my toes took longer then the whole Pedicure. 25 min to dry and still smudged my toes after the fact.Very nice and polite people but because health and safety is so important I had to leave a poor review.Suggest the spa to get in touch with the health board and updating some standards.

I had a manicure done this morning. The painting on my nails were so neatly and beautifully done. I love it.

I have gotten my nails done at Jessica Nails a few times now, and I have been happy every time! Its a family owned business that has been around since as long as I can remember. They do an excellent job, never any cuts or burning when doing my nails (like other places do..) and my Christmas Nails were fantastic!!! He hand painted candy cane designs and snow flakes , along with helping me choose the other colors and pattern. Also, the price of my acrylic fill was like 30$ cheaper than the places in orangeville!!! Def 5 stars every time!!

These are my nails THREE DAYS after my manicure. The lady that did my nails rushed to finish my nails and start someone else. She left my nails to dry and literally never came back. I will NEVER go back to this place.
