Scambags. Make sure u check ur credit card. He said he put hold but he charged me. Disrespectful and dishonest! Had to argue with him to get my money back.. Bunch of old men trying to call cops when u argue with them lol. Dont scam so you wont get yelled at!

This is a great place to rent a car or truck. the manager is very friendly and always willing to help. Also the selection of vehiculs is very nice. keep up the great customer service !years later: Turns out they close super early on weekends and they took our reservation during a time when they were closed :(. so we ended up walking half a 1km with luggage to enterprise rent a car and havent gone back since.

Booked a two-week rental, only one car was available and it smelled of cigarette smoke and cheap air fresheners. Was told to take it or leave it, no options to get another car from another location because apparently this is a privately-owned branch. Office is messy and looks unprofessional. Weekend hours are paltry, only plus is this allows flexibility to drop off later than booked. Would not rent from this location again.

Before renting, I read reviews that were not favorable... Others had complained about the car not being ready to pick up after reserving a car... Prior to renting, I called them directly speaking to local management mentioning the previous reviews/complaints and how they were concerning. I asked them to double check my reservation would be honoured... I was assured that, that would not happen to me.. Then it did.. They gave me a variety of excuses but eventually upgraded" me to a less expensive crappier vehicle... They must see a Kia van as the best car they rent... That way when they do not have your reservation they can "upgrade" you to a van... They also tried to charge me more for the reservation that advertised... I was generally very unhappy with the whole experience... I do not recommend trying them.. In fact the whole experience reminded me of an old Sinefeld episode on TV where he says

Don't go there. Rented a Toyota with 103,000 kilometers on the odometer, body damage in many places and a bad smell inside. My worst experience.

Booking with Budget has been one of the worst decisions I've made in a very long time. I had booked a moving van two months in advance for my move out east. 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up the van, I received a call to inform me that they don't offer one-way moves like that, and they didn't offer me any alternative solutions (other than to call U-Haul). They claimed it was a bug in the booking system, but it went unnoticed for two months with repeated reminder emails sent to me. Simply unacceptable. I had to take on additional financial and mental burdens because of this. Avoid booking with Budget.

Horrible place to deal with. Don't even want to leave 1 star. Manager never returns your call, bills your credit card for overages that the insurance company apparently didn't cover (yet they did), and accuses you of having a bad attitude when you ask for proof that he did what he claims he did as far as properly billing the insurance company. When I demanded proof he accused me of having a bad attitude and told me that he wouldn't be giving me proof. He purposely is delaying me getting this issue resolved, and is purposely having me pay 29.99% interest on the overages he plunked on my credit card for going on three months now because he refuses to resolve this issue.

Very bad service at this location very rude staff. They are unwilling to do any exceptions for a customer . Very expensive compared to enterprise !!! And the hold they put on your credit card is ridiculous . Stay away from budget if you can go to any other car rental than this one ...

I rented the car and the tank was 3/8. They asked me to make it full and they will give me a credit of the fuel amount ($56). I fueled the car and showed them the receipt ($56) before starting my trip. When I returned the car, they didn't credit the full amount as promised and their excuse was that there is a delay in the system and the processing will take two business days. Up to now, I have not been credited the amount of $56.Never believe what they say. If you take the car not full tank, return it to the same level as you will lose your money.
