Just had our bathroom flooring done. From the start of the process to its completion, everything was handled professionally & quickly. We are extremely pleased with the floor & the excellent job done. Would definitely recommend Ritchie' Flooring.

It’s taken me a long time to decide how to draft this review. I’ve decided on a truthful approach, because it not when we fail that’s important …. But if and how we correct. Especially when the right thing comes at a significant expense to the business.We had some serious issues with the product provided versus product ordered and installation issues. Local sales and install were not terribly responsive almost submissive of the issues ****However****I choose to reach Richie’s ownership directly and discuss the issue. I was very transparent with them about their options (not threatening, this is a very unique situation due to failing health) they never overcommitted and promised to look into this. Promptly they made attempts to remedy the situation after some internal investigation. Intimately and compassionately, through multiple onsite visits (she’s lives in a rural location so this wasn’t a five minute trip across town) followed up with my grandmother and made her feel as if she was the most important customer they’ve ever had. Ultimately, they ended up removing all the product and completely re-worked, at their expense, which I expect resulted in significant loss to them.Today the project is looks fantastic, my aging grandmother is now safer and loves the floor she didn’t ever want in the first place.Our family truly appreciates Richie’s over the top efforts to have corrected this as it so rare in todays day and age for anyone to stand behind anything.

Ritche's completed tile work in my recent renovation that included bathroom floors, custom showers and kitchen backsplash. Their work is top level quality and professional. Highly recommended!

Adam Porter was very helpful and friendly. He patiently steered us towards quality products with reasonable price points. We had a great experience with Ritchie's in St.John for our last build so were happy to see the company in Dartmouth.

We visited the Dartmouth location looking for wall tiles and were greeted by Jason in sales. He was marvellous and helped us narrow down exactly what worked. Jason sent Don to our place for measuring and what a pro. Don is a super guy, very professional, measured the walls and had suggestions for the install. We're looking forward to the next step, installation. I suspect it'll go very well as our experience so far has been excellent.

Went in person for a quote for a floor install in December. Called in January to say I’d like to proceed, was told that my quote was missing information and the person who did it up for me was no longer with the company. No problem, someone else would take over the file.I mentioned I had a copy of the blueprints that came with the purchase of the house. I would email them, indicating which room I was looking to have done with the measurements. That was January 24, 2023.I called the contact back on January 27th and left a voicemail asking them to confirm receipt, heard nothing back.Anyway, I had my flooring installed March 14th by Taylor Flooring. They were quick, responsive and very professional. I would gladly recommend Taylor Flooring to anyone looking to have work done.

First impression of Ritchie's when walking into their show room. It's like no other and it is absolutely beautiful. Greeted with lovely front desk staff. Not to mention their sales people are so knowledgeable. No job is too big or too small for the staff at Ritchie's.Highly recommend!!
