My experience using Lifecare Rx Pharmacy has been excellent and I would highly recommend this pharmacy to all my contacts. Jenny (Pharmacist) is very knowledgeable and very patient and always keeps the customer first. I have been getting my prescriptions from here for over a couple of years and I always get timely reminders and the service is very consistent and seamless. On one instance I even got an urgent prescription processed after hours and on a weekend which I am so thankful for as this helped me manage my condition without any interruption. Jenny also takes the time to address any concerns and provides valuable and great advice. Always a very positive experience.

We moved to Oakville a little over a year ago, and our son takes daily medications.. the first pharmacy we were using constantly made mistakes with his meds and we were looking for a new place to transfer over his medications. I’m so thankful to Jenny and her staff at LifeCare Rx Pharmacy! They are extremely professional, responsible and always fill medications in a timely manner. The pharmacy is very clean and organized and the staff are very punctual on their turn over process once you’ve handed over a prescription. Jenny is very knowledgable and goes above and beyond taking care of your prescription needs. If you’re looking for a new pharmacy in the Oakville Uptown area, this is your best bet!

I had visited today for a Covid 19 vaccine at lifecare Rx pharmacy Oakville.I was greeted by Jenny the pharmacist/manager and I had certain concerns of the vaccines she addressed my concerns and was found to be very knowledgeable and has good listening skills. She was professional and I had a great experience .Her pharmacy is a modern facility and her staff are very kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend this pharmacy for medications as well looking forward to visit the medical clinic. Iqbal

I am baffled about what just happened here. I booked my daughter’s second vaccine dose here. They called a gentleman to the room, which I do not know if it was for a test or vaccine! Next appointment was ours, they did not clean the room, sanitize the seat or the counter! The alcohol wipe they had used for the gentleman and parts of the previous vaccine container was still on the counter. The pharmacist came to the room and asked my daughter to pull her sleeve up. I asked if they will clean and sanitize the place first? She just looked at me with surprise and said no they don’t!!!!!!! I said, but I am assuming Covid is still a real thing! Just looking at my surprised and concerned face, she took the wipe and previous pieces and threw them in the trash and with a frustrated look, as if she was forced to do something she did not have to do! The only reason she sanitized her own hands is because we said something. I am shocked and disgusted! I will never step inside this place again! Please stay away! I would have stepped out if vaccine appointments were not too far everywhere else! What a shame!

My daughter had an ear infection and was prescribed amoxicillin. Currently, there is a shortage and I was unable to find this antibiotic. I am so thankful I found this wonderful pharmacy who not only was able to compound the ingredients for me, but stayed opened past the closing time to ensure I was able to give my daughter the medicine she needed. The pharmacist is also the owner, and she was a DELIGHT to talk to. I will forever be grateful to the staff and owner for going above and beyond to help us! You are simply amazing and sweet.
