Excellent experience - Tina was amazing. She was patient, very easy-going and ended up pulling my dream dress!!

I ended up buying my wedding dress from here. It was originally $1300 but on sale for $650! I made an appointment with Jeannette, and she was very helpful. She found dresses that were ACTUALLY in my price range instead of grabbing a bunch that were way above, unlike other dress shops. All the ladies there were helpful and very polite and friendly. I got my wedding dress from Exquisite, the quality of the dresses were phenomenal. I remember the first day my girls, Mom, and myself went to the store to try on dresses and it was perfect. The attention we received was great, the customer service was spot on. There was no complaints, even when I tried on about 15 dresses, and they were just as thrilled as my mom, ladies and myself when I had put on the dress! Exquisite made finding the dress a fun, and amazing experience, and my Husband absolutely loved the dress we picked!Thank you so much for such a lovely experience, The Ruston's

Size inclusivity is a major disappointment. Don't bother going here unless you are smaller than a size 8-10. I was searching for a fit and flare dress. Basically only managed to get into one dress, but it was 2 sizes too small. In most retail stores I'm a size 12 to maybe 14 if it fits small. I couldn't even get into a size 14 dress here to save my life and they didn't carry fit and flare dresses any larger. I understand that sizing is poor on wedding dresses, but other stores just had me trying on larger dresses. This store didn't have anything large enough in fit and flare for me to try on. The service was good so I tried not to let the consultant see how upset me and my family were, but I still left this place feeling like a bag of garbage and hating my body. Thank god every other store I went to had dresses that fit. I can't imagine how many other women leave this place in tears. Thanks for darkening what was supposed to be a really fun day.

The ladies here were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up finding a beautiful Christina Wu bridesmaid dress marked down to $75 +tax.Cannot rave enough and will definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

The dresses were very beautiful but unfortunately we had no help even though our group had an appointment. No one bothered to check up on us.

The ladies at Exquisite were very helpful in trying to find the style of dress I was looking for without ordering in (I had a short time frame). They looked in every corner to find the one! They tried hard to find bridesmaid dresses on the rack as well (which they did!) and made it very affordable. It was much appreciated! I would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses, and especially those with a shorter time frame to work with.

I don’t have enough great things to say about the service from the team at Exquisite for helping me find my wedding dress and veil! I ordered both in July 2022 and picked up my dress recently. The entire process was extremely professional and they really helped capture my view for our wedding. When I went in to pick the dress up, they gave me a heads up that it would be a busy day and I may not be able to try the dress on there (which I understand! But the heads up was very appreciated) and upon arrival I was told they would “create time” for me to have the try on there even though it was a busy day. It’s the little things that go the extra mile! I truly cannot express my gratitude for the team and will be recommending to many others.

Highly recommend. Amazing staff. The lady helping was very knowledgeable and after feeling fairly defeated at the last place, she made it her mission to find my wedding dress. Exceptional is an understatement. I tried on lots of dresses, once she found what I liked she hit the jackpot and found the perfect dress. I’ve also been to this location with friends finding their dresses and they had great luck and service too. Happy to support this business and buy my wedding dress and belt here. First time we had an appointment looking for bridesmaids dresses the women was rude right from the started we felt judged by size and I’m sure it was also race never had such a horrible experience, my bridesmaids all picked dresses then at the counter the lady seemed overwhelmed she was also very pregnant and she kept looking back at the dress tags filling out all the paperwork. She made us all sign our initials, I was paying for my granddaughters dress she said is this all the right info I said is that what the tag says cause she had the dresses behind the counter she said yes. When the dresses came in 2 we’re good and 2 were not my granddaughter dress was suppose to be an 18 they ordered a 14 and the other dress didn’t fit either and wasn’t the right dress. At this point I’m not very happy the manager comes to help well in the store they protect there employees and not the customers, he said when I mentioned the girl behind the counter made the mistake he said how do I know they didn’t order smaller sizes cause they wanted to lose weigh, I said really my granddaughter is 15 and you think she would lose 4 sizes, like wow so he said he will order 2 more dresses but I have to pay another $80 and it had to be cash no crooked business going on here like really, we have all dresses now but if your a bigger person or native this is not the store for you. Such a horrible experience Thank goodness I got my bridal dress at Wbridals
