Beautiful Nails & Spa

Went today for a pedicure in a group of four. Although I was the first of us seated, no one came to start my appointment for 20-25 minutes. It was clear they were overbooked and trying to rush through appointments to catch up. Tech was very rough with my cuticles, causing one toe to bleed for most of the appointment and causing stinging when other products were applied. When I got home and took a good look at my feet, noticed that the majority of the nails were cut on a slant and none of them were filed. Terrible pedicure, would not recommend anyone attend this 'salon'.

I booked an appt. They kept me waiting almost an hour.. Kept telling me 10 minutes..10 minutes. This is not the 1st time this has happened that they had overbooked. They showed little respect and speak their own language to grumble about you. I have gone back 3 times because I receive gift certificates.. They were rude and unprofessional.

had an appointment for 3, sat waited till 4 and by then, 2 WALK INS were sat and helped before me. i thought it wouldnt be much longer but by 4:15 still no one had acknowledged how long i had been waiting. my mom was then taken in but she was almost done so i just ended up walking out. they do not respect your personal time and they absolutely do not respect first come first serve, even with appointments youre EARLY to!

Hate giving a bad rating but I had an appointment booked for 10:30. Came at 10:40 but I called to say I was running late. They said no problem. I showed up and the man yelled at me that I was late and he gave my appointment away. Come back in an hour. I’ve made appointments there before and have always waited and didn’t complain. But today he was so rude.

Today, for the third time this year, they put my appointment on the wrong day. Made the appointment with the girl who always does my nails and confirmed Friday Dec. 23 and when I arrive she had it for the wrong day, again.Time to look for a salon that cares about their long term customers.Nice people, terrible service

Is there a 0 star rating? Store itself looks fine, (if you dont mind the stale donut sitting beside the counter.) I went inside and booked an appointment with a nice lady for the following day. When I arrived to the salon for my appointment it was insanely packed and waiting area was flooded with people. No one greeted me the entire time I was there. I stood at the counter and waited 15 minutes for my appointment. There was so many customers waiting as well, we all started talking. One senior lady said she had been there for almost an hour. When she tried to approach the man who looked like the manager he completely ignored her. How disrespectful. And you want our business? I left. I do not recommend this place, regardless of how nice your nails may look. I doubt the poor employees even get a break because how insanely overbooked they are.

My husband, daughter and I went in for pedicures and they were the best! Best pedicure I’ve ever had. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

Place was nice , went to get my nails done , the lady started them , was going great .. Shortly after she stared glueing acrylics, it got busy so the owner took her place and he was then doing my nails . He was talking on the phone the entire time.. nails turned out terrible , shape was bad , design was terrible . A day later my toe got infected right by my nail , hurts to walk .. never going back there again , owner is selfish and infected toe , terrible place , don’t recommend .

What a waste of time and money! My manicure started chipping and peeling less than 24 hrs later. My manicurist was beyond rude and was more concerned about talking on the phone for 45+ min and communicating with her co-workers than paying attention to what she was being paid for.

Top notch service. They accommodated me last minute, and did a great job. Especially on my manicure and full set of nails. Lots of COVID protocols in place.
