Went to pick up my daughters dress and the owners did not let me into the store. The man working there was very rude and called me names I did not understand. Very unprofessional people

Went with my daughter to try on her dress and found blood stains and an oil stain on the dress. We weren't even the ones who noticed it, the man who worked there did!! When we asked him to please clean it he insisted that we pay $55 for him to clean it. We argued because we brought this dress directly from the bridal store with a cover. The man kept arguing and said the blood was from my daughter plucking her armpit hair... when she does not do that. Nothing made sense. They also refused to complete the alterations even though we paid full price. The man said your daughters weight fluctuates." Obviously not true

Incredibly good service. Had my Canada Goose Jacket cleaned here and it came back like new. Fair price, no weird smells, even got rid of the ketchup stain on the front. Will definitely come back again.

Fantastic clean!!! I had my Armani suit cleaned here, a deep clean that restored it like new just off the rack! Worth the money I've paid for. Highly recommended!

Did not have a good experience with this business. Very unprofessional, poor quality work and not on time at all. Would not recommend please save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

Worst.experience.everThe owners are both so unprofessional. There was a misunderstanding regarding my pick up date so I texted the owner to clarify when to pick it up and she gave me the rudest response. After I asked when to pick it up, she responds with “I am not your maid servant.” I would attach the convo for proof but google won’t post my review publicly then. I still don’t understand what I did to her but I don’t think it’s the end of the world for a customer to ask the owner when she can get her dress…I was shocked.Additionally I referred two friends to her. She charged me $20 for simple cup removal, which I was fine to pay. However later on I find out she charges my friend who I referred to her $15 for cup removal AND replacement and then the second friend $0. The owner seems to base her prices off her feelings rather than being professional and using set prices for each customer. She does not value her clients AT ALL.The last thing I’ll say is when MY friend went to pick up her dress, BOTH owners disrespectfully spoke negatively of me AND my family who have been going to them for YEARS. My friend stated they said “there is something wrong with their kind.” You can make your own assumptions by their meaning of this sentence but it totally ruined the experience for my friend as well. My biggest regret is referring my friends to them and having them deal with this unprofessionalism as well.Trust me, save your money and time. Don’t go here.

First time visit after getting tired of another nearby dry cleaner. The owner was really nice and polite, very welcoming overall. I had dropped off a dress with chocolate cake stains from 3 YEARS AGO. Just picked up the dress and all those cake stains are gone! They did a great job and the price is fair. Overall worth it and I'll be back

Heard about their groupon deal for alterations. I spent about $50 each for two suits to be altered at the sleeves and length of my jackets. What a mistake. The suits were hardly modified, they still looked baggy because the length wasn't modified, the buttons were shifted on the sleeve but weren't restitched, when the sleeves were resewn 2 inches of thread was missed so the cuff flares out. I didn't even want to take it back to them for correction, scared of what might come next.DO NOT take your clothes here to be altered... spend the money you think you'd save here and invest it in a good tailor. The lady that does the tailoring here is not good at all.
