I was happy with the groomer but the lady that schedules apt is very rude and unprofessional. I am now having my dogs groomed elsewhere where I am being treated respectfully and the entire experience is more pleasant and friendly.

I have been bringing my toy poodle (11y) and Aussie-doodle(1.5y) to this groomer in Lasalle for the past 6 months and it has been absolutely amazing. I always like a teddy bear cut for my toy poodle and she always comes out looking irresistibly cute. They are always so happy to see him so I have no doubt they are being treated like little princesses. He was very patient with me when I had some questions about brushes or shampoo to use for my pups. Always had my pups best interested at heart. Never pushed me to bring the pups around more often to get groomed, and the price is quite reasonable as well. One of the best groomers that I've had.

Service horrible. Ce n'est plus la même femme qui était là les fins de semaines avec qui nous avons toujours eu de bonnes expériences.L'employé était extrêmement brusque avec mes deux chiens. Elle a fait les coupes tellement courte qu'elle a fait saigner les deux chiens et un des deux a saigné durant des heures après! En plus, elle se frustrait après les chiens lorsqu'ils ne coopéraient plus parce qu'ils avaient mals et avaient peurs! Elle a offert aucune pause pour les calmer et les a obliger!! Sans compter qu'à notre arrivé, il y avait une lingette COUVERTE de sang et c'est avec cette lingette qu'elle a essuyé le sang de mes chiens, c'est complètement inacceptable et dangereux!Je crains que mes chiens soient traumatisés par cette expérience

The work done by the groomer Jennifer was acceptable, not great as there are uneven spots on my dog however the pricing is outrageous and randomly set. I understand having a bigger dog and matted but the extra charge that was put on it led to me paying more than double than other groomers. I do not recommend using them unless you want to take out a mortgage
