Keep It Clean Coin Laundry
I went to this laundromat with my friends about a month ago, after a rain storm washed out our campsite and left all our luggage soaked. The owner was kind, and was happy to chat with us for a while while our clothes dried. The place was clean and the dryers worked great, and I will definitely go again when I am back in the area!

A lovely lady and her nice son came running from across town and solved all problems and loss of money. She was there within 10 min and the nicest friendliest customer service lady I’ve ever met. So thanks. Rating went from 1-4 because of her helpfulness. Def needs upgrades but well worth the peace and quiet and kindness of this ?manager. Thanks again for the help and response. Will come back.

Docked at Port of Orillia & their laundry machines were all in use. Went for a walk to Keep it Clean & happy that I did!!!Met the owner who is welcoming, professional & customer service focused. The facilities are spotless the owner never stopped cleaning while there. Machines all worked great & were also spotless.Highly recommended & keep up the great job!!!

When it comes to clean, this place squeaks! Exceptional quality of all brand new machines, access to everything you might have forgotten to bring along, above and beyond service from the friendly staff and a comfortable area to read or enjoy a cold drink while waiting for your laundry to finish.I would highly recommend!

AAA1 service, AAA1 cleanliness..I had a problem once with a washer not ‘spinning’ properly and the problem was rectified faster than fast..they rewashed my load for free but also dried my load for free because of my inconvenience..never had I been to a laundromat before and not felt like I was ‘lying’ to the owners over a few dollars..thanks guys..100% recommend this place

My washing machine broke, and thought I’d try this place out. It is honestly a great laundromat. Very new, nice, and clean. It’s also worth noting that it’s less expensive than others in the area. The building is well-lit and it seems to have lots of cameras, so it would be great for late-night laundry too.I would certainly recommend, and I might not even get my machine fixed now!

Been using this place without a single issue for more than 6 months since I moved, walked in today and the machines I usually use (the giant mega washers that can wash anything) we're unavailable due to a mechanical issue in one and laundry unnatended in the other. The owner instantly replied when I called and was amazing to work with in solving the issue, within less than an hour the issue was fixed and my laundry will be ready to go. This is why I always come here, you can feel safe knowing you have a great place to do your laundry!

Todd has been extremely responsive and supportive when I had an issue with a machine (even when it turned out to be user error - oops!). Keep It Clean is a clean and we'll maintained laundromat and I will continue to support this local business!
