Bev phoned me two days later to pick up his ashes in a really nice little urn and box to keep him in. Words cannot even begin to describe the gratitude I have for Family Pet Services. While immensely grieving the loss of our Roxy, who we had to put down after 10 years of loving her. I reached out to Bev with a feeling of guilt. All I wanted to know was the status of my girl and expressed how I truly just wish I could bring her home where we could have her with us forever. Bev then emailed me back with the most thoughtful, kind-hearted message saying that they would privately cremate our girl and be sure to get her back home to us promptly. And that they did. Absolutely unbelievable. This kind gesture made our grieving process so much easier knowing Roxy was so well taken care of and is now (because of Bev and her team) back home where she belongs. I will forever be grateful to this business and it's the only place I would recommend to anyone who has to go through this tough experience. I am beyond impressed with this place. We had to put our yorkie down and the vet gave us the option to have her cremated. At first i was skeptical because we didnt get much detail. I thought shed come in a plastic bag in a box. She came in a beautiful urn with paw prints wrapped in a velvet pouch with a certificate and a poem. Thanks for making this hard experience easier to deal with

I received my precious cat Bendy back today. Dave is always so kind and considerate. The urn is beautifully designed and safely packaged. I appreciate that the urns are able to be opened just in case there is any need to access her remains in the future if I choose to immortalize her in an additional way. I recommend Family Pet to everyone. Especially with the comfort and understanding given during one of the most sensitive times in a pet owners life. I knew Bendy was in safe hands for her last journey.
