I had an appointment at 12, I arrived at 12:03; I was told by the owner in a very rude manner to wait an hour and a half cause it's very busy and he needs to eat his lunch. I didn't receive no apology, if anything I was left standing there while the owner left the office once he was finished talking. Maybe he's a good mechanic but I would say ethics come first.
