Prices for service are completely absurd. $215 diagnostic charge, $299 for A/T fluid change, $80 for a lightbulb change, and $299 to fill my A/C with UV due to diagnose a leak.At least it’s quiet, with a place to work and free coffee. Parts department is kind and is very helpful when I needed a few parts.

I bought a car from a dealership through a trade-in. It has been a series of mistakes starting with incorrect names on the car registration, and after the purchase, the employees repeatedly caused me distress by not closing my credit account and delaying the payment for an additional month. This problem has been going on for about 3-4 months now. They have left me with no choice but to file a complaint with OMVIC in order to resolve my grievances. Stay away from them, without a doubt

I bought my 2022 mitsubishi outlander from this dealership 1 year ago. Was very easy process so I decided to keep coming here for the maintenance/service. What a mistake this place is terrible terrible the service hours are very inconvenient they tell you one thing on the phone when you call to make a appointment then it's something different when your car is at the shop. It takes multiple complaints for them to actually check out any issues you may have with your car. They dont keep records of issues you have asked them to check then they will call you a lier or deny that you actually raised any concerns. Terrible place to come for service. Do your self a favor and stay away from this service department.

Worst customer service.Very unprofessional. I won’t recommend anyone to buy any cars from them.Specially the sales manager :Zaheer Nagi. He would never call you back, he thinks is over smart.I sold my used Mercedes Benz 2017 for 28500$. Took a month to give me cheque and clear my lean.They took 8 tires from me and 2 screens as-well. Which was never the part of the deal. They were not clearing my lean and forced me to give them extra tires and screen . Until now they are not willing to give me my extra tires and screen back.No one cares in this dealership. Very disappointing.

If a person came to do a recall on the car, please do the recall and do not push for your maintenance services which are insanely expensive and 3 to 4 times more than Green and Ross as an example.Rude people. Don't even know how to do the upsell.Stay away.
