Service Absolut

They are fast and professional. It is a walk in clinic so they won't answer phone calls that much. ( I called them for 2 days with no answers)Warranty on my cellphone had ended a week prior, but they suggested I call samsung and ask for extended warranty for one time repair. Everything worked out and the phone was repaired in less than 2 hours.

Great service. My S6 stopped charging so I first contacted Samsung online support. They redirected me to Absolute Service". Because of the low average rating i was expecting a horrible service. When I arrived they took the phone and told me to return in 2 hours. When i got there second time they gave me back my phone with fixed usb port and a new USB cable."

I visited them about a pretty bad problem with my Galaxy S7 and I was very pleased by the service. They were fast, efficient, smiling and very professional. They had to change the mother board of my phone, and the battery. They completed the job in about 2 hours. It did not even disturbed my day work! and my phone is back to life. A very good service, a very good team. Thanks.

Don't care attitude..Not my problem,call samsung ,wrong #.No help at all.Will go pay to get my phone fixed,even though i have a warranty !

I've been waiting 4 weeks for my Galaxy S7 edge to get fixed because they don't have the part (defective screen). I asked to get a Service request number and be contacted when the receive the required part. But Samsung doesn't provide that service!!!! I required to call and ask to see if they received the part every day and hope that I'm lucky enough to have the day off to get it repaired when they receive the part... /begin sarcasme Great job on the customer service SAMSUNG

I had an issue with my Samsung laptop, I took it to them, they said it would take 2-3 weeks to fix (due to back order parts), in the end it took them 2 weeks and they called to say the repair was completed. Great service! Like others have said, they don't answer when you call, but that's because they're busy serving clients that took the time go there in person.To those that gave a horrible rating because they won't pick up the phone, stop and think for one second, what are you calling them for? They have business hours listed online and they can't give repair quotes over the phone... just walk in and have your problem resolved.

I had sent my phone out for repair 3 times to some Samsung repair in Missisauga Ontario that Rogers deals with and every time they never fixed it! I was then referred to Service Absolut and Gabriel the manager was so great and took my phone right away and got it fixed super fast! The service there is incredible and now after all that time I wasted with that other repair company, my phone is finally properly fixed and works great!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

After being shipped around by the Samsung Support service, Koodo (who should've held it's warranty but didn't) and YouBreakIFix (great service there, though), I ended up at the Samsung Walk-in center and the experience was great. Phone was fixed within 2 hours under warranty, as promised. I had my doubts but am now very happy with the end result. Service was fast and simple. Just make sure you're going there for a problem that is covered by waranty and did your research/troubleshoot first.

Wow, these guys are simply amazing. I had broken my Samsung phone screen and I needed it back really fast as this is my main work device. These guys were supper understanding and managed to get my phone fixed in record time! I've always been a little scared of getting my phone fixed but third party repair shop, but these guys are the real deal when it come to Samsung repair. Just know that the location operates on appointment only so I highly recommend you call them before you go.

I've to admit, reading the other reviews made me skeptical about this repair store, matter of fact, I considered calling Samsung and having my phone sent by mail to Mississauga than drive to see them, but boy was I wrong.Since my first call, the staff has been very helpful and polite. The woman I spoke with said if I came early enough my phone could be fixed the same day. I got there too late for that chance but that's my fault.My phone was properly fixed (sound issue; replaced motherboard) the next day, the girl even explained to me a bit how they test the phones.Had my phone two days now and the issue hasn't resurfaced.I had more trouble dealing with Samsung customer care directly. Still waiting on an email from some supervisor (Ruben) who's jerking me around! Wish I could've dealt with these guys from the beginning.I don't know the story of the other people who have had bad service from them, but there's always two sides to a story and I recommend Service Absolut with all confidence!
