After trying for 4.5 months to get TD Bank to set me up with their merchant service, I found out about PayLite Merchant Services. I gave them a call and received great service and information and within days I was approved and the merchant machine was sent by mail. I was up and running in about two weeks. My rep is awesome, he answers all my emails immediately. Very happy with PayLite Merchant Services at this time.

I was recently referred to PayLite by one of their clients. Although I was hesitant to switch from my then payment processing company, I am very glad that I did. The savings I am now benefiting from are substantial compared to what I was paying before. The PayLite guys were incredibly honest and took the time to walk me through how to read and understand my merchant statement and lowered my fees substantially. Overall, the service was great and I would highly recommend PayLite to any business owner. The transition was seamless and certainly worth the switch.

PayLite enabled my ecom business to improve its bottom line by reducing our transaction costs considerably. At first I was hesitant to switch from my previous merchant service provider but Im glad I did. In hindsight I can see I was being complacent and inattentive to the company’s overall profitability. Reducing even the smallest transactional costs have made a drastic impact come month’s end. Customer service is on point as well!
