We received top-notch customer service from Ryan and Jaritt.They patiently assisted us in choosing the best bikes to suit our needs, and really took their time to answer all of our questions.Super friendly, very knowledgeable and honest.We highly recommend checking out this place if you are in the market for a new bike.

Ryan and Jarrod are friendly, knowledgeable, and endlessly helpful in both the purchasing of my Kahuna ebike, and after. They have gone above and beyond helping me out on several occasions. I shopped for a ebike for months before buying my Kahuna, and was always on the fence but I couldn't be happier with its performance.

Great service! I had a hole in my tube and they got one to me quickly with helpful advice for changing it. Also, when my scooter had an electrical problem, they delivered one to me quickly and unconditionally. Two thumbs up.
