Since I run Windows on my Mac using Bootcamp, I needed someone who knew both systems well and I found just the most helpful, kind and honest IT technician in Jean-François. I had a problem in the morning and needed to fix it right away and by lunch everything was back to normal, and as a bonus I got some good advice and he installed TeamViewer so that next time I would not have to go to his office. Wonderful service and very fair price!

Jean Francois did an absolutely fantastic job repairing and formatting my PC at a good price! Great and honest service! He genuinely cares for his clients. Highly recommended, i know for myself i won't be looking anywhere else. My PC is up and running like new! Definitely worth it
