Having never had custom drapes installed before (hello Ikea) I was a little reluctant when it came to the cost of custom tailoring and installation. But, with my unique space and ceilings I had no alternative unless I wanted my place to look like a dorm room.After approaching a few custom drapery outlets I decided to go with National Drapery because their ideas really clicked and they were willing to work with my very special requirements. They also gave me a great deal on the Sanderson fabric I really wanted (thanks Paul) and I was happy to learn their drapery is produced locally out of their Toronto location.A few months later and I still get lots of compliments on the space!

I worked with Pamela Monteith from National Drapery and she was the best. This company actually says what they do, and follow ups. From time of order to delivery, less than two weeks and less than two hours to install and zero mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I felt so silly looking at shades of beige and greys over and over again in different lighting.Sales consultant was with me 100% not once made me feel rushed. Informative with her opinions not pushy. I will soon be a 3rd time customer. Excellent Service.

Paul Hartman of National Drapery was recommended to me by someone I trusted in the design industry. He provided me a reasonable quote. He was very useful in helping me pick out a style and fabric for my Lutron shades. The system he and his associates installed works flawlessly. The price came in exactly as quoted.I've had no problems with them two years later. I called Paul a few days ago to see if he could upgrade my system and he was again very helpful. I would highly recommend!!

I am hoping that they will fix the problem to my satisfaction. So far, my Hunter Douglas, Silhouette, beautiful-looking blinds do not pull up properly. They had to re-do them -- still have problems pulling the blinds up -- I am hoping they will have someone from the manufacturing team come to take a look and see what the problem is and fix them... stay tuned....I will let you how the customer service part goes...I am hopeful that I can change the rating to a 5.Well, as promised, I just got my window blinds up and they are working beautifully. I am so impressed with the personal service, the attention to detail, the fabulous product and the sincere efforts made to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the final result. A special thanks to Paul for taking such a persona interest in me as a customer and my satisfaction with the product and installation - I would definitely recommend this company and the Hunter Douglas product -- excellent all around - a heartfelt thank you to the team!

We needed custom drapes with some automated features for our new house and a friend of mine told me to check out National Drapery. I thought getting them custom-made would be too expensive but in the end I'm really glad I did.Winifred, the designer that worked with us was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and the space works and looks way better now than it would have otherwise... I would definitely recommend National Drapery to anyone looking for high-end custom draperies and professional service.
