So first of all the people at remax in fernie are great. I’d definitely choose them for any kind of purchase. I’ve bought and sold a lot of properties and they are solid.With one exception. Sharon Taylor.She actually messed up a simple lease. Allowed me to commit to a place and bring a small dog. Then she took full payment in June and deposited the funds. She then refused to let me have the key and stated that I needed to lose the dog. She went on vacation and refused to refund my money while I stayed in a hotel for a week.Remax finally came around and sorted it out. Kind of. They forced me to sign another lease. So I recorded the conversation while signing. It was pretty funny.I ended up in the unit and now because of Sharon I’m leaving early. Found a better place.Sharon is by far the worst agent I’ve ever met. Go with remax but please she doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing.Good luck!

She was professional and I really appreciated her, as I found her to be a real “straight shooter”, and was completely transparent in all dealings. She advocated for me as a client, and I felt that she always kept my interests in mind, even though it was a low value deal compared to most in the area. I was always treated as important as someone buying a high-end property. She was creative and found solutions that worked for any complications that arose, from explaining COVID procedures, to arranging remote signing and virtual walk-throughs as I was working out of province during most of the process. I’m a very satisfied client, and would recommend her without pause.
