We had the most amazing newborn photography experience with Sydney from Smile on Photography! She is definitely a baby whisperer. Watching her sooth and take such care positioning our little one was such a treat. We felt so at ease watching her work miracles to get amazing pictures, while being incredibly loving and careful with our baby. Sydney was clearly a very experienced baby photographer. She was incredibly patient, gentle and was prepared for our photo session with our newborn.She had a great setup with props, a little heater to keep our baby cozy and handled our baby with amazing care. We are really thrilled with the photos we received from her, will be looked at for years to come!

I did a lot of research into choosing a photographer, comparing reviews, package pricing and quality of photos & Sydney by far surpassed my expectations! We have one fussy little one (To put it lightly) and Sydney was incredibly patient and worked her magic for some absolutely incredible newborn & family photos. She has thought of everything you need to make it a comfortable and stress free experience, from diaper changes, to soothing techniques, pausing for breast feeding if needed, space warmer, and constant reassurance that we are doing great and being new parents is hard! She also had a wide variety of beautiful props and warps and captured exactly what we had envisioned for these photos! Sydney goes above and beyond to get you the best quality photos that will last a life time, all while making you feel incredibly comfortable! We will definitely be going back for our future family photography needs!

Sydney was great and did an amazing job working with our triplets.When we stepped into her home studio, everything was set up and ready to go. She was able to comfort our girls while wrapping them and getting them into the position she wanted them to be in. At times the girls would not cooperate, but she stayed calm and was able to capture great shots.We are looking forward to seeing the final touches of the photos of our triplets so that we can share them with our family and friends.Thank you so much again Sydney! We are so happy with our maternity session! Sydney is friendly and easy to work with, and made us feel comfortable. She gave the general directions but let us be ourselves. She has got an eye for photogenic angles and locations. I can’t wait to have the newborn session with her once our little girl is here!

We decided last minute to get newborn pictures done for our little one. Sydney was quick to get us in for a session. Once we arrived, she was warm and welcoming; like an old friend. She was so gentle and caring with our son. Keeping him calm, speaking to him in a loving voice, and simply a positive energy to be around. We loved the images she provided us with and had a hard time narrowing them down to the ones we wanted. Would highly recommend her, she was amazing start to finish!

We were undecided if we should have our newborn shot, but after some research we decided to get them done and go with Sydney. She was able to accommodate us last minute, she was fast and responsive and had packages to suit different budgets too which I liked. Sydney completely exceeded our expectations when we took our little one for his photos. She has a lot of experience with newborns and was able to comfort him while wrapping him and getting him into positions which was not easy as my little one can be on the fussy side. She had a little heater that she could move and position to keep him warm when changing and had everything on had that you would need such as beautiful props, textiles, diapers, wipes etc! All we had to do was literally turn up! I recommend expressing some milk to give to Sydney if you can that way she can use it to soothe baby if needed throughout the shoot and she’s not having to pass back to mom for any feeds. A lovely touch was that there was also a little gift bags siting for us with a sample pack of diapers, wipes and a trial size of baby detergent which I thought was a lovey gesture especially for a new mom. There was also a loyalty card in the bag to have your 5th photoshoot free which given by the quality of her work I definitely plan on using. We just received our proof gallery and we are beyond thrilled with the beautiful pictures she has taken of our baby boy. I can’t wait to select my final images and have the edited images back to frame. Thanks again Sydney you were amazing!

We are so happy to have chosen Smile On Photography for our new born. Sydney was very responsive and accommodating since inception. During the session, we were amazed by the way she handled our baby and she was so much at ease. She was seamless and we just had to sit back and relax while enjoying watching our little one with aw!
