Really good place to engrave personal items from our experience.My wife had an pendant that she wanted to engrave with something that meant a lot to us and was not disappointed.Decent prices. Plenty of options.Walked around the mall and picked up our item in 30 min.Job well done, coming back here when there are more things to engrave.

A quick way to get a new watch battery, and it has a 2 year warranty. Nice surprise and quick. Better than the jewelry store where you can only get a battery if you bought it there... This lady is pleasant and deserves my business.

Tried to get a ring engraved for my brothers birthday, they took my name and phone number and told me it would be 40 minutes and that they would call me when it was done, 1 hour later no call so I go myself only for them to say that the metal was too hard to engrave so the couldn't do it, all while laughing to their co-worker in another language! They couldn't have been bothered to call me to say that! Please don't give them your business!!!

If you need any engraving or jewelry alterations, this is the place to be! I needed a link removed from a bracelet. After trying it on I realized I needed another link removed. The owner of the store was able to accommodate me in under 10 minutes and gave me a massive discount! I'll be very sure to return!

Would never try this place again. Service was not kind or customer orientafed and the service person would not help me engrave my item. They didn’t even ask about my needs or what I needed engraved, they just said I was too late and sent me offHighly disappointed. Do not recommend this place at all and tell your friends to go to place that actually values customers and service. Especially during Covid.

I had the most worse experience with this company. I got a necklace engraved and the women helping me got the dates on the necklace wrong & showed no empathy about it. I was trying to compromise & work around the clock but she didn’t care & she was very dismissive. If you want your things engraved right & great customer service, DON’T COME HERE!
