I lost my brakes and had to limp back to town using hand brake. I pulled into Rikkis Auto Repair and was greeted by a friendly chocolate lab retriever at the door. They fixed by replacing a brake line quickly at a reasonable cost.

I needed my car looked at while on a vacation. He was able to look at it withing the hour. Advised it was safe to drive. Didn't accept any payment. Didn't try to sell me anything. Awesome service

My husband took in my car for an oil change -- Rikki got us in straight away and had her done in an hour. He also fixed quickly diagnosed and fixed our check engine light problem. His rates were very reasonable, I'll definitely be going back to him next time my car needs maintenance!

I received the most wonderful service from Rikki. The electrical light came on while at the cottage. I immediatly drove to Westport about 10km away and dropped by his shop. Within 5 minutes he quickly diagnosed that the battery was not charging. He called for a part and got it by early afternoon. He replaced the alternator by 4pm. His prices were reasonable. The wonderful aspect was that he lent me his vehicle for a few hours so that I could go check the kids at the cottage. That was such a kind gesture.

Made an appointment .Drove 45 minutes into Westport and he decided he was too busy to honor the appointment. Very poor service and charged $50.00 to change over my tires from summer to winter. He quoted $30.00 over the phone .
