Extremely gross display of a lack of care. They have the wrong people assigned to this unit. patients are left scared, dosed on meds and left with absolutely no therapy or counselling. The nurses ignore the patients; and are short with family on the phone. They make the people there feel like an inconvenience.

Great place for someone who needs help and requires peace. Great staff, clean place, and the food is plain and healthy. Compassionate people work here. Patients too often offer their own advice and support each other.I spent a month there at the end of 2018, got admitted due to feeling suicidal and hopeless, and it was life saving. Love Dr. Milanese.If you are having a hard time in life, don't despair, don't hesitate to ask McNair people for help. They will.

I have a family member I keep trying to get ahold of her nurse left on hold for hours just trying to get ahold of her nurse. Ridiculous.

You don't matter to these people.Complaints made to Int Health will go nowhere, they will just brush you off and tell you that they are not responsible for the doctors under their employ.

I was physically assaulted at this facility and neither the Kelowna Police or the Kelowna General Hospital aided me with this situation.Perhaps it’s par for the course and to be excused for being sanctioned by them.
