Reception never picks up the phone, does not matter you call in the morning, afternoon or evening. We are calling from a company not just a walk-in customer. You shouldn't have a number or email if you are never going to answer to it !!

This supplier always has the hard to find products at good prices. Their invoicing system is somewhat confusing though. Location is very inconvenient, at least for me anyway.

No one ever answers the phone, they take 2-4 days to get back to you via email. The lack of urgency is just not there and doesn’t work for my level of construction. People are great, products are usually readily available but communication is awful.
