Jay has been able to repair my 20+ years, dishwasher and clothes dryer. Along with the repair of the dishwasher he imparted some really insightful information about the difference in the older models compared to newer ones. He is very knowledgeable, professional with top notch service. Thanks Jay.

Jay is fantastic!!! Honest. Knowledgeable and gets right to the problem. He took apart our dryer in front of me in seconds and pointed to the fried belt and another part that was stiff causing it to pull. He fit us in when the wait was a week or more elsewhere. I’m so glad I found him and would recommend him in a heartbeat

Jay is simply the best person in town to call if you have an appliance that needs repaired. He made an emergency call to the medical office that I work at after a pillow exploded in the washing machine. He fixed my dishwasher after getting the model # and diagnosing the problem over the phone and ordering the part so he could install it as soon as it came in with no over charge on the part. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced

Dryer wasn't heating up. I called Jay and left a message, and he got back to me the next day. I had already booked with another company, but they couldn't make it until mid-next week. Jay was nice enough to tell me the part number for the heating element just in case so that I could ask if the other company had it on hand. That was appreciated as he didn't need to do that. Luckily though, Jay was able to fit me in for an appointment this week Friday. It turned out to be just the thermostat that was broken and not the more expensive heating element. Did first load of laundry tonight and dryer is back up and running.

Extremely rude customer service in my own home. He wouldn't make eye contact or have a respectful conversation. I wanted to explain that I had taken the front panel off so I could check for a clog in the drain and wanted to show him where I put the screws. He wouldn't make eye contact and told me he's worked on a thousand machines. Then he said he had another 16 calls that day and didn't need me telling him anything. He left angry after confronted for how he was treating me.I called my landlord to let her know of the treatment and he had already called and justified his behaviour saying that I was trying to tell him how to do his job. The reality was I was just wanting to show him where I put the screws, all in order on the dryer. I even made sure I lifted the dryer off the washer for him, as its a stacker.My landlord had to come to the house with him so he could complete the job he was hired to do.Just a horrible experience with someone that should be trained to be professional.

They came right away after we called and stayed until we had some kind of diagnosis and solution to the problem! Thanks so much for your help again, and also for being so kind to my cats!

Same day service; he recognized and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently.This is the second time he's done appliance repair for me and I highly recommend.And the price is more than fair.
