Extremely disappointed used to be my favourite. But cor some reason the switch over to romain lettuce for the last 6 or so months. Due to a lettuce shortage" however all their competitors are still using iceberg and its instock at grocery stores. So Im not buying this excuse. Also their using the most pitiful tiny pieces of romain so instantly becomes a soggy mess agains the condiments. So lettuce has to be taken off burger everytime otherwise it pulls out of the bun during the first bite. Their burgers just don't taste the same without iceberg. I honest can't tolerate it and have been started going to McDonalds instead even though Wendy's is at least 5 mins closer to were I live & work."

Always fast, never told to “park and wait” at a drive thru.Food is always fresh, drink choices are plentiful.Staff is always busy cleaning and preparing.. safe place to bring the kiddos too.

Place was very busy but it was still decently clean. I had a few people in front of me in line, but line moved quickly.Look like large groups getting out of church would be my guess. Food was hit and fresh and found a table and it was clean and dry.They had 2 staff on the floor instantly cleaning tables as people left. Was nice to see this kind of service.Parking lot had the recent snow removed and main driving lanes had been sanded.Bathroom was clean and well stocked so this visit they exceeded expectations and checked all the boxes.Will have no hesitation about coming back to this location. It was a great visit.

friendly staff and good food but they only ever give us one honey mustard when we ask for 2 and are charged on receipt for extra. very frustrating that this has happened multiple times

Cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I was surprised by how clean the woman’s restroom was. So fast and everything I got was fresh — nothing was stale or seemed like it had been sitting for a while.

We had the best tasting burger and extremely fast service. Very nice and efficient people working at this location. Clean bathrooms were as cold as a walk-in cooler.

Their customer service is boring. When you go inside there’s almost no welcoming people. And everyone staring at you not even asking you anything soo bad. I would suggest them to train their cashiers to take responsibility over the front and welcome ppl such a nice words, how’s ur day been, how can i help you please etccc. Asap you go they will start of saying what do you want/ what can i get you.

Wendy's has one of the best chicken sandwiches in the fast food market. Service is always fast and no issues with my mobile ordering, which I normally do. If you usually get a beef burger, try out one of their chicken burgers for a nice surprise.

Friendly drive thru staff, food was fresh and super hot. Fries were crispy, drink was fizzy. But why square patties on a round bun? Anyways tasty decent burgers

Absolutely excellent food. When they say they'll put bacon in your burger, there's bacon there and you can taste it and it's incredibly good. If the king of France was in need of some good fast food this is where I'd send him. The service was also excellent and we were given our food in a quick efficient manner.
